— Valudor Products, LLC (“Valudor Products”) a market leader in the sourcing and distribution of chemical raw materials in the Agricultural and Industrial space in Canada, United States and Latin-America, is acquiring the assets of LidoChem Inc, effective immediately. Founded over 40 years ago, LidoChem, Inc (“LidoChem”) is a successful, well-known, and well-established company based in Hazlet, NJ.

LidoChem markets chemical raw materials, and through its Performance Nutrition® division, develops and distributes specialty fertilizers. LidoChem has a national presence selling bio pesticides, patented chelated micronutrient solutions, specialty performance fertilizers, lawn fertilizers, turf fertilizers, soil amendments and surfactants that are not only unique and highly effective, but environmentally friendly.

The newly created entity will operate under Performance Nutrition® brand. The transaction was led by Monroe Capital LLC and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
